Mark the checkboxes on the events that you want to track, then select the "Save Changes" button to update your watchlist.
Your watchlist is stored as a cookie in your browser, allowing you to access it from that same browser in the future.
If you do find that your watchlist has disappered, then most likely the watchlist cookie was deleted from your browser.
